crispy ginger chicken (spicy!)

  2. It's a variation on a recipe from the Weight Watchers Power Foods Cookbook. I put bok choy in a skillet and steamed it with a bag of spinach and some frozen veggies with chicken broth and ginger.

    The chicken is just regular chicken breasts with scallion, thai pepper sauce, thai pepper paste, ginger and sesame oil.

    Then on top is whole wheat bread crumbs and a little bit of rice vinegar.

    then i baked the chicken at 500 for about half an hour.

    Let me know how it goes if you make it! it's 8 points plus for 1 breast and 1/4 of the veggies (roughly since mine is a variation ont he original recipe)
